I openly admit that I am a Baby Boomer. I make no claim as to being from the Greatest Generation, but my parents are, and my Grandparents were, and their influence has stayed with me. I was always taught "To Save For A Rainy Day". I am also a fanatic about Old time Radio programs from that era. When I was in high school, one of the local Rock N Roll stations thought it would be cool to play Old Radio programs Wednesday nights at 9:00. They played "The Shadow", "The Green Hornet" , and "The Lone Ranger". I was hooked.
Many years later, I worked as an electronics buyer for a major electonics wholesale supply house. One day about 10 years ago, one of my manufatcture's sales representatives came to me with a nostalgic turntable that the company he represented was making. I thought he was nuts. "Who wants a turntable nowadays?" , I said to myself. The rep offered to let me have 50 turntables on consignment. That was in November. By December, I was ordering turntables by the sea going container, and it has continued ever since. Because of my interest in the nostalia , and I had a firsthand knowedge of vinyl and turntables because I grew up with vinyl (My first LP was "Meet The Monkees"), I continued to buy turntables for the company and work with the factories. Many of the features on the turntables you see in our store came from feedback from customers like yourself that I was able to pass on to manufacturers . When you buy from our store, you get the advantage of our "Passion" for turntables that we share with our factories, and our willingness to listen to your feedback in order to make better products that you will love.
